Kawhi Leonard clutch shot over the 76er’s (2019)

“Kawhi Leonard shooting over Joel Embid to win the conference finals”
Kawhi Leonard rose into his jumper with that signature calm, almost mechanical precision, his massive hands guiding the ball upward as Joel Embiid closed the distance with long, urgent strides. For a moment, it looked like Embiid’s sheer size and wingspan might swallow the shot entirely, but Kawhi elevated just enoughhigh release, perfect balance, no wasted motion. The ball left his fingertips in a soft arc, floating over Embiid’s outstretched arm like it had been placed there rather than thrown, a quiet defiance against one of the league’s most imposing defenders. In that instant, it wasn’t about strength or speed, but poise Kawhi creating space where there was none, turning a heavily contested look into something that felt inevitable.
